Bacon bread rolls

  • 500g bread flour
  • 1tbsp oil
  • 7g yeast(dried) 
  • Warm water (until dough forms approx 250ml) 
  • A handful of crispy bacon! 
    1. Begin by making the dough, mixing in everything except from the bacon. 
    2. Prove for 1 hour
    3. Knead in the bacon for 10 mins and Prove for another 30 mins
    4. Knead for a further 10 mins and shape. 
    5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden on top.
